GJ Gardner Homes Opens Tasmanian Display Home
The well known GJ Gardener Homes brand opened it’s new Tasmanian Display Homes this week.
The team in Hobart welcomed homeowners through the doors of its brand new Tranmere display home.
Smart and stylish, the house was built in the company’s Fernbank design.
GJ Gardner Homes Hobart West sales and marketing manager, Aaron Debnam, said the house will give those that come for a look a good idea of the level of craftsmanship the builder achieves for clients.
“It is a showcase of what we can do,” he said.
Taking advantage of the gentle slope of the block, the house is split across two levels linked by a few steps. At the entrance, the house makes a grand statement with its soaring raked ceilings underpinned by classic Tassie oak floors.
The display home’s main bathroom is positioned between the kids bedrooms, it continues the ensuite’s theme with herringbone tiles but it also has an on-trend freestanding bath tub.
The GJ Gardner display home at 38 Trevassa Crs in Tranmere, was officially opened this week, and is now open to the public, seven days a week, from 10am-4pm.
